Why there is no universal price list
The price of a surveying service is not per square metre or per hour — it depends on how much work a specific parcel actually requires. Two neighbouring parcels can differ severalfold: one has clean records and clear boundaries, the other an inherited mismatch between the cadastre and land registry that must be untangled first.
- Type of work — a stake-out is a one-day job; a subdivision or legalization is a multi-week procedure with registration.
- Size and number of parcels — more boundary points and neighbours mean more fieldwork and more administration.
- State of the records — a mismatched cadastre and land registry mean extra steps before the main job.
- Terrain and accessibility — vegetation, slope and distance affect how long the survey takes.
What our quote includes
When you receive a quote from us, it is fixed and covers all our steps: obtaining data and base maps, the field survey, preparing the report, submission to the competent office and following the procedure through to registration. No surcharges and no surprises — if the work turns out bigger than we estimated, that is our risk, not yours.
Costs that do not depend on us
Besides our service there are public charges paid directly to the institutions, the same regardless of whom you hire: cadastre and land registry administrative fees, and for legalization the retention fee and municipal contribution. We always itemise them separately in the quote, so you know exactly whose cost is what.
How to get a fixed quote
- 1Send the parcel number and cadastral municipality — via the form or by phone; that is enough.
- 2We check the records free of charge — cadastre, land registry and spatial plan, to see what the job really requires.
- 3Within 24 hours you receive a quote — fixed price, clear scope and a realistic timeline.
