What the new rulebook brings
- Uniform report designations (GE1a–GE28) — every procedure type has a standardised content and form.
- Fully digital preparation and submission through the digital survey report system.
- Faster review at the cadastre — standardised reports leave fewer reasons for returns.
What it means for clients
Ordering does not change for you — the parcel number is still enough. The difference is behind the scenes: less paper, shorter waits for certification and a report you can receive digitally for your records.
One thing to watch
Reports started under the old rules are finished under them; new ones follow the new rulebook — during the transition it is worth asking your provider which regime applies to your case. All our new cases have been on the new system since February.
