Photogrammetric aerial surveying captures millions of terrain points in a single flight — and turns them into orthophoto maps, 3D models and digital terrain models. Where classic surveying would take days, a drone does the job in hours, with a data density traditional methods cannot match.
Flights are planned and executed under EU drone regulations, georeferenced through ground control points measured with GNSS — so the imagery has geodetic value, not just visual appeal. The result is a centimetre-accurate point cloud that underpins all further products.
From aerial imagery we produce high-resolution orthophoto maps — georeferenced photographs of the terrain on which real distances and areas can be measured. They are ideal as a base for design, spatial planning and documenting the state of a construction site or property over time.
We create digital terrain models (DTM), textured 3D models of buildings and terrain cross-sections. They are used for design, volume calculations, visibility and sunlight analyses, cultural heritage documentation and visualising an investment before construction.
With ground control points we achieve 2–5 cm accuracy, depending on flight altitude and terrain — sufficient for most design and documentation purposes.
Yes — we fly in accordance with EU drone regulations and the rules of the Croatian Civil Aviation Agency. We take care of all required registrations and approvals.
For larger areas, inaccessible terrain, quarries and landfills, documenting construction progress over time, and wherever you need a complete picture of the terrain rather than individual points. For small parcels and legally precise boundaries we still combine it with classic surveying.
The flight itself usually takes a few hours on site. Data processing and production of orthophotos or 3D models typically take one to several working days, depending on the area and requested deliverables.
